Nick Davis is a Performer and Fitness Professional in the Boston area, with a background in Dance, Yoga, CrossFit and Rowing.
As a dancer turned CrossFitter, his unique approach to functional fitness focuses on mobility and ease-of-movement. Nick believes that Mobility & Flexibility plays a massive role in improving movement quality and preventing injury throughout one's life.
Nick is a proud CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a certified Indoor Rowing Instructor.

FAQ's
When is the best time to do these stretches?
I recommend doing these stretching routines at night (before you go to bed!). They also work great after a workout (anytime you are warm and sweaty!)
What kind of format will these stretching routines be?
There will be FOUR 20-Minute Follow Along stretching videos each week.
Open your IPhone or iPad, hit play, and follow along. That’s it!
How do I get the App?
We will use an App called “JustCoach”. Go to the App store and hit download! Once you sign-up, I will add you to my “Program” and you can get started immediately through the app.
Stretching videos and routines will all be through the JustCoach App.
